Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for the automotive industry? Kia Australia is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive wholesale and retail performance across our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve wholesale and retail sales targets as outlined in the business plan.
- Manage dealer vehicle forward ordering to ensure optimal supply line availability.
- Identify and pursue wholesale, retail, and fleet sales opportunities across the Kia product range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Metro and Rural Dealers to ensure active participation in Kia sales programs.
- Ensure dealer sales staff are trained in line with company guidelines.
- Oversee qualitative aspects of dealer relationships including customer experience and brand compliance.
- Provide weekly reporting to management on sales forecasts and wholesale expectations.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Dealerships to contribute to marketing plans.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, ideally within Automotive or Fleet Management sectors.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management and with customers.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel; SAP experience highly regarded.
- Positive attitude with a relationship-building mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
