We are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Central Region Office, to build strong, positive relationships with the Dealer Network while achieving set sales targets, increasing market share, and promoting the Kia brand across the assigned region.
Sales Performance
- Achieve regional wholesale and retail sales targets as outlined in the annual business plan.
- Identify wholesale, retail, and fleet sales opportunities to drive growth across the Kia product range.
- Manage dealer vehicle forward‑ordering to ensure optimal supply availability.
Dealer Network Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both Metro and Rural Dealers to ensure active participation in Kia Australia sales programs.
- Support Dealers in achieving their sales and customer experience (CX) targets.
- Ensure dealer sales teams are trained in accordance with company guidelines.
- Oversee qualitative aspects of dealer performance, including CX standards, facilities, and brand guideline compliance.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide weekly reporting to management on forecast sales, wholesale expectations, and market insights.
- Contribute to the development of national and regional marketing plans.
- Collaborate with Dealers to support the implementation of national programs and local area marketing initiatives.
Critical Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, ideally within the Automotive or Fleet Management industries in a wholesale or retail environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and customers.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is highly regarded.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with Dealers, internal stakeholders, and third‑party partners.
