Job Description:

1. Handle RFA, PO, Invoice with Inokom Finance and sage systems.
    • Prepare and follow up all purchase.
    • Update all document inside SAGE.

2. Yearly retro calculation and discussion.
    • Compiling month to month retro expectation.
    • Verify all monthly issue related to yearly retro.

3. Yearly and half quarter stock take.
   • Analyse stock take data.
   • Assist finance team on middle year and year end stock take audit

4. Approve and monitor VDO with Inokom Finance.
   • All finance issue related KMY and Inokom

5. Monthly production units, WIP and stock movement (monetary basis).
  • Monthly closing data (work with finance)

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering (automotive, industrial, mechanical, electrical & electronic)
• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive and manufacturing / automotive sales & service industries
• Good knowledge in automotive and manufacturing processes, quality standards, engineering principles and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple assignment
• Willing to travel whenever required

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, reconciliations).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Executive/ Executive, Planning at KIA MALAYSIA SDN BHD, located in Assembly Plant, Gurun, Kedah. You will play a key role in supporting the Production Planning and Logistics team by managing the production planning arrangements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive - someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with multiple cross-functional touchpoints.
