Key Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims in line with Kia’s policies and procedures
• Liaise with dealers and internal teams to resolve warranty-related queries
• Monitor warranty trends and provide insights to enhance product quality and service
• Support training initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within the automotive industry (desirable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warranty management systems
