Key Responsibilities
- Review and process warranty claims in line with Kia’s policies and procedures
- Liaise with dealers and internal teams to resolve warranty-related queries
- Monitor warranty trends and provide insights to enhance product quality and service
- Support training initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within the automotive industry (desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warranty management systems
