CRM and Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop a long-term marketing communications pathway for owners – from welcome call to repurchase/loyalty focusing on outbound marketing strategies

Prospecting – Strategies to develop leads for new car launches for KAU

Provide a holistic approach to CRM, working with all departments, to develop and implement a successful communications strategy to customers

Working with sales, sponsorships and events for prospects and lead management and After Sales to maintain loyalty within our customer database

Maintain Kia’s internal CRM process using best practice and industry benchmarks

Develop a reporting system for internal KAU KPIs and KAU KPIs
-
Setup, track and analyse performance and marketing campaigns within the CRM platform
-
Management of internal/external stakeholders including but not limited to internal departments & external creative/media agencies

Assisting the team with logistics for marketing shoots.
What You Bring to the Wheel:
-
1–3 years' experience in CRM Marketing and Coordination (automotive a plus!)

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and CRM tools

Proven experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign coordination

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and data-driven strategies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

An eye for detail and a drive to get things done

A proactive mindset with stellar organisational skills

Passion for customer experience and brand innovation

Ability to work autonomously to deliver results – attention to detail, project management and reporting are all key skills needed
