We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our Head Office team and support a wide range of HR, facilities, WHS, and office administration functions.
This is a dynamic, fast‑paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being the go‑to person, and is confident coordinating multiple operational areas to keep our workplace running smoothly.
Key details about the role:
Human Resources Administration
- Provide end‑to‑end HR lifecycle administrative support, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation for Head Office and national teams.
- Maintain HRMS data across learning, performance, and succession modules.
- Coordinate Learning & Development activities, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and maintaining training records.
- Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Support payroll processes by collecting and verifying employee information.
- Respond to employee queries and provide general HR guidance aligned with Kia policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR data and reports for Kia regional and global headquarters.
- Attend and coordinate WHS Committee meetings, acting as the WHS representative for Head Office.
- Manage WHS communications, supplies, and equipment (e.g., defibrillator, first aid kits).
Office Administration & Support
- Support general office operations and ad hoc administrative needs across departments, including travel arrangements.
- Provide reception coverage three days per week, ensuring a warm, professional, and brand‑aligned experience for all visitors and callers.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in human resources and payroll administration, ideally within the automotive industry or a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Demonstrated HR lifecycle administration experience.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills; experience with HRMS systems (e.g., ADP Lyric) is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
