About The Role:
In this role, you will support the Accounting Manager in various areas in accordance with the company’s terms of business. You will also ensure that the financial records of the business meet the highest levels of accuracy and integrity.
Key Accountabilities:
• Handling day-to-day finance functions, including internal reporting and reconciliation processes
• Perform expense analysis and maintain accurate financial record
• Assist in preparation of budgeting and monthly forecast
• Act as finance business partner for departments
• Assist in the implementation of company best practice control processes and reporting automation
• Supporting internal and external audit
• Support for financial accounting duties when required
Qualifications and Attributes:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Intermediate/Advance Excel skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g SAP) will be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• A positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Sound organisational and time management skills
• Approachability in dealing with internal and external parties
